Cat tails..why not..I love them. While painting these guys, I wanted them to have movement and some personality.  Cattails with attitude! Cat tails, I love them..can never have too many cat tails! While painting these guys, I was thinking how the wind loves to play with them around our nature spots here in Iowa. These are dancers of the first order and have a very playful attitude. The under glaze which gives me a water color effect I am fond of for nature pieces. 
A final separate firing of clear coat seals in the softness of the glaze.
